Online Course on Stress Management in Public Speaking
By Gallup, 70-75% of the population experiences anxiety before public speaking. It’s very common and you are not alone! At school, we learn derivatives, how the cells are built, and the exact date of a medieval battle, but no one teaches us one of the most important life skills: how to manage stress.
If you know how to get control over your nerves during a presentation, you’ll access a calmer life, greater comfort in life, more opportunities at work, and be unstoppable.
Public speaking is one of the most common fears, but what if you could turn that nervous energy into your biggest strength?

Do you recognize yourself?
THE day is coming. Your presentation is just hours or days away.
You can’t sleep, have a headache, struggle to breathe or focus. Your heart is racing like Formula 1, and you’ve already been stressed for two weeks in advance.
Maybe you’re a manager who is terrified to speak at a town hall and blocked from presenting with charisma.
Maybe you need to sing, act, or dance, and you don’t perform at your best.
Maybe you have a lecture, a conference presentation, or you’ll be speaking at work in front of your colleagues and bosses, but it feels like the worst thing imaginable.
I understand your pain!
I feel you! This is me when I was two. Shy, hated being on stage, even in my favourite ladybird or princess dress.
When I was 10, I experienced HYSTERICAL stress attacks. The thought of playing the cello in front of a few people was paralyzing. Back then, stress management and mindfulness weren’t common. You just had to survive.
But surviving is not thriving!
A few years later...
It was a bit better, but I needed sleeping pills to sleep before the premiere of a Cuban musical. I felt a squeeze in my stomach and anxiety for weeks. It didn’t serve my performance either.
In parallel, at university, even small presentations in front of other students felt overwhelming, and gave me a hard time days in advance.
What does it look like now?
This is me now. A few wrinkles more, and a few kilos lighter on my shoulders. Public speaking is not terrifying anymore. And I even enjoy it! My 8-year-old self would be shocked.
I graduated psychology, completed postgraduate coaching studies (ICF, PCC level), music school, and a top economics university. Until now, I’ve led over 5,000 hours of sessions and workshops.
In 2021, I was recognized as one of the top 11 public-speaking coaches worldwide by the Coach Foundation. I’ve coached TEDx speakers for over 7 years, taught at universities, and worked with Fortune 500 companies.
I’ve spent thousands of hours learning about stress management. Based on my vast stage experience, psychology, and reading tons of research, I have gained the ability to provide adequate tools and methods to support you.
You can learn how to overcome stage fright for less than the cost of a single massage session at a SPA.

Clients opinions about the course
Elena
Lecturer & Researcher
“I truly enjoyed this course! It turned out to be much more than I expected.
Initially, I thought I would just pick up a few simple techniques to manage stress and anxiety before my keynote presentation. However, the course itself is like a very good wine – the more you watch, the more it opens up new ideas, insights, and perspectives, and the more you understand about yourself.
The lessons are beautifully structured: short, visually engaging, and followed by practical exercises that help you apply what you’ve learned. It’s important to take your time with them and not to rush, because each one brings you a step closer to deeper self-awareness and growth.
It’s also a complete and thoughtfully designed course, where you can truly feel the time, effort, and love that went into creating it.”
Martina

Watching all the videos takes around 5 hours. Many of them also include practical exercises and reflection questions, so depending on your pace, you might want to spend a little extra time. Each module is designed in small, easy-to-digest chunks, so you can go through one per week or even one per day-whatever fits best into your schedule. The real value of this course comes with repetition and practice, so the more consistently you engage with the tools and techniques, the faster you’ll see results.
Unfortunately, no one can give you a guarantee- not a doctor, therapist, or coach. The results depend mainly on your engagement: not just watching the modules, but truly learning, practicing, and repeating until the techniques become natural. Outcomes also vary based on individual predispositions. Everyone is unique, and there is no formula that works in 100% of cases. However, these tools are effective, widely recognized, and commonly used in psychological counseling and therapy. If you are unsure about your mental health or whether this course is right for you, please consult your doctor for advice first.

It depends on your current level of stage fright, your individual predispositions, your commitment to practice, and how deeply you engage with the exercises. Some participants notice improvements after just a few modules, while for others it takes more time. Think of it like building a muscle; reducing stage fright requires repetition. With consistent practice, the tools you learn here can create lasting change.
